These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://jamesonmoving.com (the "Site"), operated by Jameson Moving & Storage LLC ("Jameson Moving & Storage", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully.

These Terms cover your use of the Site only. Any moving, packing or storage services we perform for you are governed by the separate written estimate, bill of lading and contract you sign with us, together with applicable federal and New Jersey household goods regulations. Where those documents and these Terms conflict, those documents control.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only, and to learn about and request our services. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our contact form, or submit another person's contact information without their permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the servers on which it is hosted, or any system connected to it.
Use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
Interfere with or circumvent any security feature of the Site, including the measures that protect our contact form from automated abuse.

Information presented on the Site, including service descriptions and service areas, is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer or a quote. Pricing is provided only through a written estimate.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality — including text, graphics, logos, photographs and the Jameson Moving & Storage name and marks — are and will remain the exclusive property of Jameson Moving & Storage LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and resources, including materials published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and our social media pages. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Following a link is at your own risk, and the terms and privacy policies of the destination site will apply.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Communication (SMS Updates)

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may opt in through our contact form.

Program Description: Jameson Moving & Storage uses SMS to send customers important operational updates, moving quotes, appointment reminders, and service notifications related to their move.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages at a frequency that varies based on your requested services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Disclaimers and No Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty, liability or obligation we owe you under the written contract for your move or under applicable household goods carrier regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jameson Moving & Storage LLC and its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site — including damages for lost profits, lost data or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. This section does not affect any rights you may have under federal law governing interstate transportation of household goods.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
